I am so excited to be looking at the normalcy returning in our schedule this week. I have really felt that this summer has been one big hectic blur! What is amazing is that it is not just our home. It appears all of my friends are dealing with the same blur as well. I really have struggled to get back to home for our meals every night. I miss that time around the table consistently but it is very hard to do that when one of you is at home and the others at Bible Bowl, 4-H, meetings or whatever! Crazy! With that said, here is what the Miller's will be eating this week:
Monday: (mom's meeting, rest at Lake House) on road
Tuesday: BLT's, tomato/cucumber salad, fruit salad
Wednesday: BBQ pork (crock pot), corn on cob, baked beans
Thursday: Taco Salad, chips -n-salsa
Friday: Turkey burgers on grill, veggies on grill, Parmesan pasta
Saturday: meatball subs, sweet potato fries (something new!), steamed veggies
Sunday: left overs! :)
